Pam Lockhart – Women’s Ministry First General Baptist Church

We had around 50 women attend our Shaped by Faith event that day, many from other churches and our community, some from other counties. Everyone expressed how much they enjoyed hearing Theresa and getting to know her. I feel Theresa inspired and challenged us to be better women, not only spiritually but also physically as she encouraged us to “scoop” our bellies and taught us several exercises to tone and strengthen our bodies. This will enable us to be better servants for Christ as we use what we learned that day to reach out to others and lift them up in their walk with Christ.
