Theresa Rowe is the founder of Shaped by Faith, a Christ-centered fitness ministry devoted to strengthening the spirit, mind, and body. With more than 40 years as a nationally certified fitness professional and over three decades in faith-based ministry, Theresa has dedicated her life to encouraging others to live with purpose, strength, and hope through Christ.
Her story is one of God’s faithfulness and restoration. Adopted at six weeks old, Theresa later endured two open-heart surgeries, battled chronic illness, and was told she would never have children due to endometriosis. Yet God miraculously healed her body, and she gave birth to twins. Through seasons of heartbreak, divorce, and single motherhood, God continued shaping her life into a testimony of healing, perseverance, and hope.
Today, Theresa is the creator and host of the Telly Award-winning television series Shaped by Faith with Theresa Rowe, airing on Christian networks worldwide and reaching millions of homes. She also hosts the Shaped by Faith radio show and podcast and is the author of multiple books, including Shaped by Faith: 40-Day Devotional for Strengthening Your Spirit, Mind & Body.
Through television, radio, writing, fitness, and speaking engagements, Theresa’s mission is to point people back to Christ while encouraging them to become spiritually and physically stronger for God’s purposes.
