Brenda Sharp started her Shaped by Faith journey at the end of January. This is her 5th Month of being accountable to me in her exercise routine, diet and everything else that goes along with living a healthy life. We both have a lot of fun sharing things that are helpful and there is always a lot of ‘Girl talk’ and praying together time!
Brenda has come a long way since first meeting with me to discuss and learn how to get started and what to do next. Brenda has taken my advice to heart and has taken the necessary action steps towards living a healthier life. This Month she shares with us what is working for her when it comes to losing weight and how she is handling stress. She also talks about her time spent with God and how trusting Him in every area of her life has made the biggest impact on her heart and in her physical body!

Brenda has come a long way in her exercise routine. She started out walking 15 minutes a couple of times of week to now walking for one hour and taking my Total Body Challenge, Pilates and Step Power classes! Brenda is definitely a ‘Warrior in Training!” I love her spunk and zest for life!
