I love this work out. I am 66 years old and over weight but it would be great for any age group. I have exercised all my life hard work outs but I can get just as much without destroying my knees. It is tough but you have challenge without killing yourself. Some of the routines I just can’t do but my very fit daughter can. Shaped by Faith series is wonderful. I feel so relaxed and refreshed after I do the Pilates Stability Ball. I highly recommend this work out for the stress beneft alone.

It’s a good thing I was alone when I tested this out. I was using a peanut ball with very little space around me. It was hilarious, even to myself! Enough about me, I still loved the workout and the verses to go along with it! Talk about a challenge, yet so relaxing and enjoyable to hear those verses. I especially loved the cool down at the end and the way she helps you to get your tense muscles to relax. It was wonderful.

Smooth transition from exercise to exercise with centering scripture and some challenging moves. This is a good no-impact workout easy on joints and useful for beginners and those experienced with Pilates and a stability ball.
